Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THIS YEAR'S Scottish show is particularly significant for Volvo. It marks the official UK debut of the allnew FL6 and FL 7/10 range.

The FL 6 model on display is a 4x2 tractive unit, powered by the TD 611-; version of Volvo's 5.7-litre engine. This has a maximum power output, to the somewhat controversial ISO 1585 standard, of 154kW (207hp). The show model has the standard eight-speed R52 synchromesh gearbox, and day cab with rest bunk. Its wheelbase is 3.2 in. The FL7 on display is a 3.4 in wheelbase sleeper cab variant, with a plated GCW of 32.5 tonnes. Its charge cooled, TD71F engine, rated at 169kW (230hp), drives through the same R52 gearbox as fitted to the FL6.

In the multi-wheeler sector of the British market, Volvo is already strong, and hoping that the new models will strengthen its position still further. The FLU) on display is an 8X4 with the heavy-duty Volvo T-Ride rear bogie. This vehicle is very much in the highpower eight-legger class with a maximum power output, again to the ISO standard, of 220kW (299hp).

On the bus and coach side, Volvo has decided to replace the C1OM that was originally intended to appear with a B1OM. This 12m coach is fitted with the THD 100ED, 203kW (276hp) engine driving through a ZF S6-90 six-speed gearbox to a 3.56:1 rear axle. The highfloor Algarve body by Salvador Caetano has full air conditioning, a toilet, a central kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and includes the kitchen sink.

In the rear saloon there are six tables and 16 reclining seats; the front has 14 recliners. Parks of Hamilton, in whose livery the B1OM is painted, has specified three television monitors linked to a video unit.
