VICTOR SCRIVENER, former group director of engineering and property for the National Freight Consortium's Parcels Group, has taken a senior management post with an industrial group with commercial vehicle interests.
He has been appointed chairman and chief executive of the International Kelbrace Group. The group has companies in truck distribution, bodybuilding, replacement parts manufacturing and vehicle rental.
