Commercials has been given the full sales, service and parts franchise for south-east Wales.
The Caerphilly-based dealership already has 10 years' experience as an authorised repairer, said MD Mark Lovering.
He explained: "We already have extensive knowledge of the full Iveco product range and have built up a loyal customer base. Adding the sales and parts portfolio is a natural step forward as we continue to grow our business with Iveco."
The dealer operates from a new £1.6m purpose-built 1.4-acre dealership in Caerphilly that opened in August 2012. It also includes a dedicated authorised testing facility.
The agreement with Iveco will see Glenside Commercials employ nine new members of staff for sales, parts and administration.
Marco Leonardi, Iveco UK network director, said Glenside Commercials demonstrated its commitment to Iveco by continually meeting high standards: "It's on the back of this proven performance that we have awarded them the full sales, service and parts franchise."
