at the Sawmills in Fullers End, Elsenham, Bishop's Stortford subject to the following conditions: • there will be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of the authorised vehicle at the operating centre before 7am and after 6pm Monday to Fridays, before 8am and after 2pm Saturdays; or on Sundays/public holidays; • no vehicle maintenance shall take place on the authorised vehicle at the operating centre other than in emergencies when action is required to ensure the vehicle is safe and roadworthy; • as shown on a plan of the site, the area to the left of the entrance shall not be used for the parking of any authorised vehicles; • the authorised vehicle shall make no more than one movement out of the operating centre and one movement into the operating centre per day; • the engine of the vehicle shall not be left running for longer than 10 minutes before the vehicle leaves the operating centre; • the operating centre shall not be used for the purposes of waste transfer.
