green light to keep 12 vehicles and 12 trailers at the Waterhall Quarry in Lower Hatfield Road, Hertford subject to the following conditions: • no movements of the authorised vehicles will take place except on Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 7am and 6pm and on Saturdays between the hours of 7am and 12:30pm; • there will be no movements of the authorised vehicles on Sundays and public holidays; • no maintenance will take place at the site except between the hours of 7am and 6pm on Mondays to Fridays and on Saturdays between the hours of 7am and 12.30pm; • there will be no maintenance on Sundays and public holidays.
