Logistics UK, which is based in Wallington, will submit a new application at a PI on 29 May.
• Maidstone-based Detling Car and Commercial Breakers will make a new application at a hearing on 29 May.
• At a PI on 30 May the TC will consider disciplinary action against Farrakh Manzoor, based in Hainault. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda. In a related case to be heard on the same day Adnan Manzoor, trading as CMH Haulage, based in London, will make a new application.
Cambridge • Disciplinary action against Tilbury-based Outen Limited will be discussed at an inquiry on 3 June.
• A PI on 10 June will consider disciplinary action against Barrie Smith International Transport based in Northampton. The transport manager's repute will also be considered.
• The TC will consider disciplinary action against Newton Transport Services based in Leighton Buzzard, together with the repute of the transport manager, at a PI to be held on 19 June. The business will also submit a variation application to the inquiry.
