• Main Ford dealer Dees of Croydon, Surrey has opened a new parts/service reception area as the first phase of a major expansion programme. The waiting area will feature a television, video, coffee, refreshments and phones.
The next stage of the expansion will involve rebuilding the parts and service department with equipment including three new ramps, diagnostic equipment and a link with the Ford DARTS computer to speed up stock and workshop control.

• Shaw & Kilburn, trading for the past 65 years as Nash of Cardiff, has joined the Renault Truck Industries' dealer network.
