Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Scottish operator Parks of Hamilton has taken delivery of a 73-seat Daf SBR 3000 DKSB double-deck luxury coach fitted with Plaxton Paramount 4000 bodywork.

The 157kW tri-axle coach is owned by Parks, but will be operated under contract to Wallace Arnold, in WA's colours, running mainly on shuttle work.

The 11.6 litre-engined Daf was supplied through Plaxton dealer Stanley Hughes of Cleckheaton, Yorkshire.
