Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

models to comply with the forthcoming Construction and Use Regulation 41.

The new regulations, which come into effect on 1 April 1988, are designed to combine and streamline current laws covering nonPSV, minibus and PSV models for vehicles up to 18 seats. Following a number of small changes, PT's Express Sportsman 12 Standard, 12'L', 15 Standard and 15'L' are now being built with the new rules in mind.

Peugeot Talbot's Express 12and 15-seat minibus models are converted under contract by Dormobile at Folkestone. If Sportsman is required for PSV use, it can be specifically ordered as such and issued with a PSV certificate.

Sportsman 12 models are equipped with either a 1.8 litre petrol or 2.5 litre diesel engine, and a fourspeed gearbox, while the Sportsman 15 has the choice of either a two litre petrol or 2.5 litre diesel, coupled to a five-speed Peugeot gear box.
