AS FROM May 16, the Scottish traffic area has been accepting 0-licence applications from •the newly named Scottish Councils.
The Southern Division Office at 24 Torphichen Street, Edinburgh EH3 84D, handles applications from The Borders, Central, Dumfries and Galloway, Lothian, and Strathclyde.
The Northern Division Office at Greyfriars House, Gallowgale, Aberdeen 92ZS, takes applications from Fife, Grampian, The Highlands, Tayside, the Western Isles, and Orkney and Shetland.
