Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

papers to fluidics techniques. Could you explain the meaning of the term and the practical importance of fluidics?

ANormally the control of fluid flow in an

hydraulic or pneumatic system is performed mechanically by, for example, a valve. Fluidics techniques can be employed to enable a control function to be performed without the aid of moving parts. A small pilot jet of fluid can be used to divert the main stream of fluid or change its characteristics.

Fluidics is a relatively new science that may be likened to electronics. The advantages of fluidic devices compared with electronic systems include reliability combined with high resistance to shock and vibration. While applications have mainly been related to the control of machine tools and so on it is possible that the flow of dangerous liquids in road tankers may be controlled by a fluidic device.
