WHEN the transport section of North Staffs Chamber of Commerce met last week to consider reports of delays by British Road Services, Mr. G. H. Hughes, Staffs district manager of the Road Haulage Executive, urged that all complaints should be sent to him.

The conditions had been drawn up by the insurance companies in conjunction with trade organizations, he added.
