Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SCANIA HAS added new box, curtainsider and skiploader vehicles to its Complete Vehicle range.

The new rigid models are based on the P-Series tractor and are available in a number of wheelbases from 4x2 to 6x2 rear-steer. GVWs will range from 18 to 26 tonnes, and the new models will join Scania’s existing pre-assembled range of Hookloader, Wet Kit Tractor and Petroleum Tractor models. The Scania skiploader body will be provided by Hyva, and would use its NG2012XL model to provide up to a 12-tonne lifting capacity.

However, the box and curtainsider models will be built by Cartwright and can be speciied with a number of load restraint systems and a choice of tuckaway or column tail-lifts. All models will use Scania’s 9-litre, Euro-5 engine.

UK truck sales director Martin Hay says: “Several years ago we launched the Scania Complete Vehicle programme to provide a one-stop service to take away the pain of dealing with multiple suppliers.

“Since then, our understanding of operators’ needs from a bodywork perspective has continued to develop and expand and the programme we are launching provides our broadest-ever range of speciication options.

“Furthermore, in addition to convenience and lexibility, every Scania Complete Vehicle is delivered fully equipped and ready for service from day one.”
