Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A GLOUCESTERSHIRE court is attempting to speed up a Czech truck driver's payment of a fine imposed after a fatal accident.

In March Peter Novak was fined £1,000 for careless driving after an elderly man died in an accident. Novak was driving on the M5 between Cheltenham andTewskesbury when he was in collision with a Fiesta driven by Rayinond Spalding, who died from his injuries.

Last week Stroud magistrates decided that Novak's offer to pay the fine at £10 a month was inadequate. The court has written to find out his salary details.
