3 artier this month the splendidly named Petrol Pump Ball raised more than £19,000 for motor trade charity BEN at its annual bash, held at the National Motor Cycle Museum.
The cash included £850 raised from two pictures auctioned by Roger de Courcey and Nookie Bear, two wellknown captains of industry. Next year the Petrol Pump Ball hopes to hand BEN more than £20,000, plus two free glasses of course.
