• Gregg Winn of Kennoway in Fife, is to appeal to the Transport Tribunal against a month's suspension of his Operator's Licence by the Scottish Licensing Authority Michael Betts.
Winn, who trades as Gregg Winn Family Grocer, from Forth View, Kennoway, holds a licence for one vehicle.
The LA suspended the licence following evidence that the vehicle was not being kept at its authorised operating centre Betts; delays 0-licence suspension when not in use. until appeal completed. He has directed that his suspension not take effect until the appeal has been determined.
