Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Safety-Kleen UK has introduced a new collector programme which provides spray-gun cleaner customers with a clean and efficient means of disposing of waste thinners and paints.

Many customers need to remove three or more 25-litre drums each time a SafetyKleen representative calls to service the cleaner. SafetyKleen will continue to remove its own drum of thinnners plus one more 25-litre drum of waste, but now also offers an additional disposal service for anything in excess.

Customers who adopt the new collector programme will be supplied with two 50-litre drums and a screw-in funnel with lid, for easy pouring. On the first visit, two drums are supplied at a price of 212 + VAT each, with the funnel being provided on a free loan basis.
