Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Leighton Buzzard-based Foden parts and service dealer Osborn Transport Service has invested 247,000 in a 201kW (270hp) Caterpillar 3306B ATAAC-erignied 4 x 2 Foden recovery truck.

It replaces a "steam-hammer to-crack-a-nut" 6 x 4 Mack wrecker and joins a Ford 2418 D-series, Guy big J with TFL crane, and a Holmes-equipped Scania 80 in Osbom's "go anywhere" Fodensure and general breakdown service.

The four-wheeler Foden, with its Fuller RTX11609B gearbox is built on a 4.57mwheelbase using heavy-duty eight-wheeler chassis rails. It is fitted with a 48-tonne-rated S1080E Rockwell rear axle with a 4.56:1 final drive and is plated at 48-tonnes GVW.

Its lifting equipment includes a 10-tonne TFL Easylift crane, Boughton winch and an Australian-built Powauto PT-O.
