IMPORTS are growing faster than exports, concludes the latest financial survey published by Jordan and Sons this week. The study examines the financial performance of 262 UK motor, component and related companies. The data is compiled from the most recent information filed with the Company Registration Offices in London and Edinburgh.
In addition to .the data relating to each company covering the last three years, the survey also looks at industry as a whole and suggests that in 1977 a real growth seems to have occurred, following the previous two years of decline.
