JAMES B. SEMPLE, an Ayr bus operator, had his p.s.v. licence revoked in Glasgow last week when the Scottish Traffic Commissioners found that he had been running and maintaining his vehicle in an unroadworthy condition.
Semple had his licence suspended a year ago for a similar breach of the Road Traffic Act and was then warned that any further breach would mean the Loss of his licence.
