Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Volkswagen is launching a limited edition short-wheelbase Transporter 1200 which will arrive in selected dealerships next month. Around 200 will be built, powered by an 87hp (65kW) variant of the five-cylinder 2.5-litre TDI—a well established unit at 102hp. The engine adds about 2580 to the price of the existing 2.45D short-wheelbase Transporter 1200. Equipment levels will be similar to the Transporter 800 special, with a rubber load mat and half-height bulkhead but the seating arrangement will be different. Rear access will be via twin doors rather than the 800 special's tailgate. Volkswagen (UK) marketing manager David Williams says the van is designed to introduce customers to the benefit of direct injection but at a lower power rating than the existing unit.
