Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE PROGRAMME for the 1983 CM Fleet Management Conference for which 350 delegates are already registered has had to be altered for a variety of reasons.

Western Area Licensing Authority Arthur Crabtree is indisposed and is being replaced by John Carpenter, the Yorkshire and Northern LA.

Albert Booth, who lost his parliamentary seat at the general election, has handed his brief to Bob Hughes, MP for South Aberdeen and the interim Shadow Transport spokesman — pending election of the new shadow cabinet.

Frank Woodward, a CM contributor and formerly managing director of SPE, a Plessey subsidiary, will present the paper which was to have been delivered by the late Malcolm Banks.

Registration for the conference is still open and may be made on the registration form which appears frequently in CM or by letter to Christine Jones, Room 1313, Surrey House, Throwley Way, Sutton, Surrey. ' The conference fee is £50 per delegate, excluding vat, and includes registration, the conference manual, morning coffee, cocktails and lunch. It has been recognised by the Road Transport Industry Training Board for grant earning purposes for those in-scope. The registration fee should not be sent at the time of registration. Delegates will receive a vat invoice in due course.
