PETER EDWARDS takes over commercial manager of south-west area of National press from August 1. He s ceeds David Kirby.
Mr Edwards has been netw co-ordinator for National press at Manchester since Ot ber 1981. He started life in transport industry as a gradu trainee with the West Midler Passenger Transport Execut and later became traffic admit tration officer for its North D sion.
