Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SOVEX MARSHALL of Carlton, Nottingham, has carried out a series of improvements to its range of wheel-mounted Pacemaker vehicle loader/unloaders.

The control panel has been relocated within the body of the unit and the chassis has been equipped with two heavy-duty screw jacks, which when lowered improve its stability and prevents the load from moving.

Pacemaker loaders are designed for use where loading dock facilities are not available and are available in three separate models, the ML1, and ML3 which can reach 6 and 8 metres (19.7 and 26.3ft) into vehicles, and the MTL5 with a 10 metre reach and an added telescopic boom.

The MTL5 will accept a maximum loading of 12 kg per metre (8 lbft) or a single end load of 50kg (110Ib). With the support legs lowered the fully extended boom will accept 30kg per metre (30 lbft) or a single end load of 100kg (220Ib).

Each support leg is fitted with nylon castors and a locking clamp.

A hand operated hydraulic pump fitted to the chassis is used to position the Pacemaker models while the 600mm (236m) wide two-ply synthetic belt travels in either direction. On the MTL5 the end boom extends or retracts by means of push-button control.
