And to work effectively we must trainl effectively.
In this industry, training has been around officially for 10 years. But is it as effective as it could or should. be? There are those in the group training associations who believe not.
Because demand has outstripped supply training has been held down to basics — just enough to pass a test. More of a cramming session than a training course.
There is now time, and manpower is available.
