Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

'What a pity Doc Gilbert missed the Birmingham Group Training Association dinner last week; by all accounts it was a lively affair. No doubt it was that nasty Opposition embargo on pairing that stopped him travelling to Solihull, near .neighbour to his Dudley constituency.

Still, not to worry; we were there and report on the speeches elsewhere in this issue. But it's the private sessions after dinner that are the meaty ones.

Had the worthy doctor been able to attend he might have stopped "Robbespierre" Foot bringing down the guillotine on that Dock Work Labour Bill. Feelings are running high. doctor, very high. One normally placid group chairman summed it up, I understand, when he confided to a colleague"If the Minister won't or can't come here then we'll need to go there. What we've got to do is march through Marsham Towers, bash his door and confront him with the facts...

I think that's putting it a bit strong, but I see what he means.. Let's hope Doc John does too
