Of Japanese origin a range of Elephant Super 8 chain blocks is being marketed in this country by Ropequip Ltd. The models are produced in capacities of ton. 1 ton, 14tons, 2 tons, 3 tons and 5 tons while the standard lift s about 10ft. The blocks can be Dperated by a pull on the chain up to an angle in excess of 90deg. Features include a heat-treated, high-tensile alloy load chain and built-in bearings.
