Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE spacious, 130,000 sq. ft. factory of Andrews Bros. I Bristol) Ltd., that was opened on Friday by the Shadow Minister of Technology, Mr. Ernest Marples, should keep the company in the forefront of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium bulk liquid 'tanker production.

On view for the 100 guests, and of obvious interest to Mr. Marples--as a Minister of Transport in the Past Conservative Government—was a tanker that had been in collision in Germany and rolled over twice. The load of blackcurrant juice was still delivered—intact!

New items on view included a 4.800-gallon steel tanker for Bulwark Transport Ltd., for whom 20 such tankers have been designed.

Andrews Bros. is a wholly owned subsidiary and a •member of the Samuel Osborn group, the chairman of which, Frank A. Hurst, said that the factory (backing onto the Liverpool-Wigan rail line in Wareing Road. Aintree, Liverpool 9, and within easy reach of the East Lancashire road and M6) is regarded as an investment in the Merseyside of tomorrow.

An enjoyable occasion was enriched by Mr. Marples' comment that: " During ray five years as Minister of Transport I was fortunate to have an advisory committee of 50 million people."

GEORGE PEARSON.
