Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I had been working for a marquee firm as an HGV dri

ver For the past 13 years, but hours and pay made me to look for another job. I got one driving an eight-wheel tipper, local and distance, but all good things come to an end; the wagon was not paying its way. So job hunting I went, got a job driving a six-wheeler curtainsider. Good money, good wagons, uniform brilliant; started on the Monday, sacked on the Tuesday due to a bad reference from the marquee firm. I had no written warning, no reprimands and left on my own accord. So I was left without a job. It was not so much the reference but the letter that followed.
