• Though revoking the licence held by Barnsley haulier Stephen Fearn, trading as SDF Haulage, on maintenance grounds, North Eastern DTC Mark Hinchliffe granted Fearn a fresh licence for two vehicles and two trailers. At a Barnsley public inquiry Fearn had sought renewal for three vehicles and three trailers.
