HANSON HAULAGE of Leeds has been taken over from Roadline by North Eastern British Road Services.
Hanson's parcels customers will remain unaffected, the company says, but the new managing director, Stuart Metcalfe, is planning to widen the company's range of services.
The new board of the company will comprise Ron Fortune, currently managing director of North Eastern BRS, as chairman, and Stanley Jackson, director/manager of Leeds branch of North Eastern BRS, as a director.
