Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

To facilitate the inflation of tubeless tyres after initial fitting, Stenor has introduced the Expandabead pneumatic bead expander. The expander consists of an inflatable rubber tube, covered by a woven nylon sleeve, which is placed round the periphery of the uninflated tyre and secured by pulling the loose end. Air is then applied to the valve on the expander until the tyre beads are forced against the wheel rims. The tyre is then partially inflated, to set the beads, and the Expandabead deflated and removed, so allowing the tyre to be brought up to its correct pressure. Two models are available, for tyre sizes from 254 to 356mm (10 to 14in) and 356 to 406mm (14 to 16in), and they can be operated from airlines with pressures up to 1379 kN/sqrn (200psi).
