WRITING ABOUT THE LAW • The Road Haulage Association is inviting people in the industry to submit papers of up to 3,000 words on any aspect of road safety which they think should become future legislation. Entries (typed if possible) shoud be sent to the RHA Scottish district office in Glasgow by 28 February. First prize is 2500, with £250 for second and 2100 for third.
