Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

company Scottish Road Services have renewed their 21.5 million-a-year reefer contract hire deal. The deal covers 15 reefers, liveried in McIntosh Donald's colours: 10 are 38-tonne Daf tri-axle units with tri-axle Gray & Adams trailers; two are 24-tonne Leylands and three are 16-tonne Volvos.

The vehicles will be maintained by nine SRS staff at a purpose-built centre at the McIntosh Donald factory in Aberdeen.

• United Transport Tankers has opened a £1.6 million depot and bought 23 tri-axle semi-trailers to handle goods for glucose manufacturer Cargill.

The depot is next door to Cargill in Tilbury Docks and is exclusively handling Cargill products at present, although it may later be used for other edible product contracts. UTT will transport glucose as part of the 211 million contract it signed with Cargill in January. It is planning a second depot in Hull which will also transport Cargill products.
