• The rental division of the York Trailer Company has established an independent rental administration system at its new depot, Trailertown, in Barking, Essex, together with its own independently controlled Southern vehicle fleet.
The time-saving made possible by selection from a more comprehensive fleet on-site forth filling and drive-away service is expected to be of benefit to southern operators. The "same day drive-away" service is also available to established customers throughout the network of York Trailer rental depots.
As with all York branches, Trailertown has telex facilities — Telex 897557.
