• Leyland Daf has added 'computer specialist Kerridge to its preferred supplier list.
Dealer Morgan Elliott has just installed one of Kerridge's Autoline CV systems, a computer software package dedicated to truck operations.
Autoline CV includes finding new leads among its vehicle sales functions; there has also been extensive work on the workshop and stores areas. The system creates a map of hours available by person and specialised area, suggesting which fitter should do which job and when a vehicle should be brought in, thus saving time shunting vehicles around an overcrowed yard.
