Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

JUMP-STARTING broken down trucks is par for the course in a fleet engineer's life, but a request to get a grounded helicopter back in the air came out of the blue for Volvo's Jim Guerin.

However. the Hartshorne. Birmingham-based technician rose to the occasion whe n customer Toni French of T French & Son Haulage discovered the battery in his Aerospatiale AS350B Squirrel helicopter was flat after flying down from Scotland.

"It was a straightforward jumpstart," says French. "But we were airborne within 35 minutes of that initial phone call, allowing enough time to fly back to Ayrshire in daylight hours.

"Yet again, excellent service from Hartshorne!"
