Yorkshire pudding. Joshua Tetley. a subsidiary of Allied Lyons, had 100 dozen eggs, 96 kilos of flour, and gallons of milk lined up for the monster pud when they realised that this called for a monster cake tin to hold the mix in. It was bodybuilder Neville Charrold from Mansfield who came to the rescue with a 6.25m x 2.13m x 75min tin.
Not only was the world record broken but the best part of £1,000 was raised for the Barnsley Hospice Appeal.
