A SLEEPER CAB conversion for the Dodge K3820 tractive unit has been added to the range of Locomotors Ltd of Andover. The cab has been designed in conjunction with Francome Motors of Swindon and is fitted with a single bunk and all-round curtains. This extension has meant repositioning the air cleaner between the main air tanks and the nearside wing.
This particular vehicle is fitted with a Telma retarder and is due to go into service with Watsons Transport of Caine, Wiltshire.
