A LEAFLET explaining traffic signs which apply to commercial vehicles drivers is being distributed by the Road Haulage Association, Freight Transport Associ' ation, National Farmers' Union, Road Transport Industry Training Board and Hgv Testing Stations, and other organizations.
The leaflet has been produced by the Department of the Environment.
