Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A MOBILE cinema-office-bank desft tined tined for Northern Rhodesia has been shipped from Liverpool. The body, based on a „special four-wheeled low-loading trailer, is constructed of light-alloy sections, and was built by J. H. Jennings and Son, Ltd., Sandbach, Cheshire. It is double-panelled and insulated,. and has an overall length of 32 ft. 6 in.

A 2-ft. step at the front of the chassis is necessitated by the front axle and turntable, but all available space in this front portion has been used to good purpose. It houses a 400-gal, tank, containing oil fuel for the prime mover and an oil-engined generator in a soundinsulated compartment which also holds the two spare wheels, In addition there is a toilet, wash basin and 25-gal drinking-water tank.

Access to the offices is through a door on the near side which opens into the main office in the centre of the trailer. Counters covered with mahogany Formica are featured on each side, with drawers and cupboards beloiv. Large canopies hinge up to reveal the counters, which incorporate two money containers having laminated bullet-proof glass windows.

At the rear is a private office entered by means of a door from the centre office. It is equipped with a safe, two filing cabinets, tubular lightweight chairs, two mahogany Formica desks, plugs for telephone connections and an air-conditioning plant.

Art arc projector is stored in the private office, but is positioned in the central office when in use. The picture is thrown on to a screen at the rear and viewed from the outside. A hinge-up canopy encloses the screen on the outside and when in position serves as a blind. Two loudspeakers are secured on the roof.

To keep the inside of the trailer cool there is a double roof, whilst particular attention has been paid to the insulation and dust-proofing. Because of the bad road surfaces encountered where the vehicle will be operating, sand penetration is liable to occur, and plastic foam sealing has been fitted round all doors.
