Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Building Supplies of Wrexham, to appear at disciplinary proceedings before North Western LA Martin Albu for the third time in three years.

Rennie said that he had changed the commercial garage responsible for maintaining the vehicles, having been dissatisfied with his previous contractor. Everything seemed to have been satisfactory since December.

Renewing the four-vehicle licence for 12 months only, Albu said he was aware that running vehicles was not Rennie's main concern, but dangerous vehicles were dangerous vehicles whoever was operating them, and they were not to be ignored.

However Rennie finally appeared to have taken the necessary action and obtained a competent repairer, said Albu, so he was prepared to give him a chance to carry on.
