• The Rateliff Group reorganised last week with the purchase of mobility equipment specialist Wessex Medical Equipment Company and the sale of Erhel SA, its French tail-lift operation.
French transport equipment company Fontenay Finance Holdings bought the Dijon-based firm from Rateliff.
