Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A sharply improving UK truck market, with sales increasing by nearly 20% over the next two years, is forecast by German motor industry association VDA.

An upturn of 8% is predicted for this year, with 11% in 1993. According to the SMMT, commercial vehicle sales last year fell by 29% on 1990.

VDA says the west European truck market will increase by 1% this year, followed by 4% in 1993. It fell by 6% in 1991.

Truck markets in Sweden, Spain and France will also improve this year, says VDA, but it forecasts that, after a strong upturn so far this year, encouraged by unification, German truck output will fall by 6% this year with another 6% in 1993.
