Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

If you've always reckoned you could teach traffic planners a thing or two, then here's your chance to prove it. A new PC simulation from Infogrames called Traffic Giant lets you take control of your very own traffic infrastucture, building new roads, upgrading the railways, even doing away with speed limits! The ad for the game suggests players can do anything they think will lead to "happier citizens and increased profits".

On a less serious note, The Hawk's attention was also caught recently by news in the July issue of computer games magazine PC Zone of two other truck-related computer games. Hard Truck 2 allows players to acquire an HGV, buy goods in one place and sell them in another. There are options to upgrade your vehicle, buy a completely new truck or even set up a whole fleet. No release date has yet been fixed.

Mercedes Truck Racing is a more or less straightforward truck racing game due for release at the end of this year that will feature a variety of tracks and an entire truck racing season in both single and multi-player modes.

Joystick whiz that he is, The Hawk can't wait to get his hands on the review copies.
