Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

OPERATOR HAN B URY Davies has placed an order for 70 new MAN trucks following what company chairman Glyn Davies describes as "significant improvements" to the MAN-ERFcustomer support programme.

SpeakingtoMAN-ERFemployees and fellow operators at the official opening of the MAN-ERF HQ, 520-vehicle operator Davies said: "We have seen a significant and positive move forward from MAN-ERF and its network.

"Twelve months ago it was a hassle to pick up the phone and deal with MAN-ERE,he added. "We at Hanbury Davies had not purchased any MAN product for two years and could not have envisaged doing so without change and reassurance." Last year Davies presented his concerns to the MAN-ERF dealer conference at Hanover, when he issued a stark warning: "In short, the message was that for companies such as Hanbury Davies, MAN-ERF were no longer worthy to be featured in our purchasing policy. We as operators should not have been exposed to the problems and difficulties we suffered with the early TGA range."

However, Davies ended his remarks at the launch on a positive note: "MAN-ERF has worked hard over the past 12 months. As a result good things have been achieved.but one swallow definitely does not make a summer.

"Please, please keep up the good work both here [at the Swindon HQ] and in the network."
