a truck containing stolen lamb carcasses when officers stopped it at 10am on 4 September in Goose Green, Wigan. He is around 30,of medium build. has a tanned complexion and short, greasy black hair.
The truck was stolen from Stirling the evening before.

Crime reduction officer Eric Baldock says: This spate of attacks is obviously linked to the high price of diesel.
"I understand that it is difficult to find truck parking. but I would urge drivers to park in well lit and heavily populated places.
"I also want drivers to look out for a Transit-type vehicle with some sort of mechanical pump that could he responsible for this.
He adds: "1n one night alone around 2,000 litres of fuel was stolen from four vehicles — that's about £2,000 worth of fuel at current prices."
