• A new service from Semperk (UK) gives the remould user the benefit of the Austrian manufacturer's own guarantee on the tyre casing as well as one on the remould process.
The remould service offers a choice of hot-cure or cold-cure processing.
Another benefit is that all compounds and tread patterns employed in the processing can be relied upon to be compatible with the original technical specification of the tyres.
Cold-cure processing is offered on most of the current Semperit range. Hot-cure bead-to-bead remoulding is provided for 385/65 R 22.5 single trailer-tyres and 11 R 22.5 and 12 R 22.5 drive-wheel tyres in the Athlet pattern, which can be applied not only to Athlet but also STC and Eurosteel M334 casings.
