• The Belgian truck grand prix was won by Curt Goransson in his Volvo on a rainy Zolder circuit last weekend.
George Allen, (Volvo White) came second, but he was involved in a protest with Goransson over an incident which resulted in Goransson being fined the equivalent of 285. Bjork (Scania) came third.
