Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LOAN TIME COMING • Youngsters interested in transport and looking for cash help to undertake HGV, CPC or other relevant courses can now apply for Governmentbacked Career Development Loans of up to 25,000 via Barclays, Clydesdale and Cooperative banks.

The Government pays the interest on the loan for the duration of a training course and for three months afterwards: the trainee then has to take over the repayments. The loans cover up to 80% of course fees and, in some cases, living expenses.

They are available for fulltime or part-time courses or for open learning. Applicants must be over 18 and not receiving other support or training work afterwards must be in the UK; the course has to be suitable for the work to be undertaken and must last between one week and a year. For information contact local Job Centres.
